Receptionist Rural View Dental location Mackay and Coalfields. $25 – $35 per hour.

Rural View Dental we are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join the team, Experience is preferred, but people with no experience can apply on job training available for suitable candidates. Candidates should be fast, efficient and be a team player. Be a part of the team and Improve and grow with the business

Some of the Duties will include such as a high degree of professionalism. Answering Phone in Friendly manner, booking future appointments. Coordinating treatment plans. Reporting and tracking of new Patients or review patients. Handling new patient enquiries and accounts.

Managing and record keeping of bills. Appointment book management and confirming appointments. An ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, Stock control. Sterilization, Organizing Lab works, Strong, motivated work ethic and proactive attitude. Other general administration duties.

The successful candidate must have a positive focus on patient relations, and work happily in a professional & friendly team environment. Excellent computer skills and on job training for Dental for Windows Software

You'll need to be ready to work, have all the right experience, prefer to have certificate qualifications in Business management and certifications; and you'll need to be as good as you say you are.
