Physio Movement is on the hunt to find a friendly face for our front desk. This is a full time position. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk. Our reception staff play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our patients and maintaining excellent customer service throughout their visit.

Your key responsibilities will include greeting patients with a friendly and professional demeanor. Answering phone calls and addressing patient enquiries. Registering new patients and scheduling appointments.

Responsible for the management of staff schedules creating ads and content to promote the business. Processing patient payments and medical insurance claims.  Lodging claims and invoicing ACC and other debtors.

Assisting with business administrative tasks as needed. Maintaining a clean and efficient running of the clinic environment. We are a very intimate small business with a great vibe, we are looking for someone who can add to our team.
