We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with an interest in real estate, to join our boutique agency full-time, as a Receptionist/Front Office Manager. Zoom Real Estate is a fast-paced, energetic real estate agency experiencing growth and exposure in Burwood, and the surrounds. With a focus on customer service, integrity, work ethic and results, we are looking for the right candidate who, too, holds these values.

About the role as this is a client facing role, with the Receptionist/Front Office Manager being seen as the face and voice of the office, you will be expected to exercise a high-degree of professionalism, customer service and support for both our customers and staff.

Some of your key responsibilities will include (and are not limited to) answering and directing calls, answering enquiries, taking messages. Meeting and greeting clients, staff and visitors. Property Management administration, Lease signings. Taking rental applications. Assisting with sales support tasks.

Managing the calendar, particularly for Saturday opens for inspection. Uploading and updating properties online. Updating and printing rental lists. Managing the front desk, including management of stationery and supplies. Ad hoc admin duties, tasks and projects.

The successful candidate will ideally possess a positive, can-do attitude and work well under pressure. Exceptional work ethic and reliability. Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skills. Outstanding communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients, customers and senior staff.

Intermediate to excellent computer skills and an understanding of Microsoft applications. Previous experience in a reception role and/or real estate role is advantageous but not essential. Initiative and ability to work both in an unsupervised environment and as part of a team.

Ability to prioritise workload and requests. Ability to exercise initiative and discretion. Well developed problem solving and customer service skills. Be very well presented. Certificate of Registration ideal but not necessary. Current driver’s licence and vehicle.
