Make an impact at Serco

As an Operations Coordinator – Contingent Workforce, you’ll support our casual workforce across NSW, ACT & TAS, helping ensure we have the right people available and rostered to meet workforce needs. Working closely with the Contingent Workforce Specialist and wider operations team, you’ll engage with our casual workforce, coordinate availability, allocate shifts and close out the rostering process. You’ll also help mobilise people across Australia, coordinating travel and accommodation when required, while building strong and trusted relationships with our workforce.

As an Operations Coordinator in the Contingent Workforce team, you’ll make a positive impact by:

· Engaging with our casual workforce to understand availability and build strong relationships.

· Coordinating workforce availability, rosters and shift allocations across your allocated regions.

· Managing the rostering process from identifying availability through to closing out allocated shifts.

· Mobilising casual team members across Australia, including coordinating travel and accommodation.

· Finding creative solutions to meet changing workforce requirements and fill vacancies.

· A proactive approach to problem solving, with the confidence to think outside the box.

· Sound Microsoft Office skills and confidence working with workforce and business systems.
