Online Customer Service Assistant Chances Surf location Auckland.

Tasks & responsibilities day to day management of online orders & customer inquiries, completing them promptly and accurately and ensuring every detail is correct. Actively assisting and supporting the fellow office team by providing exceptional customer service and completing a variety of administration tasks. Accurate data-entry using specific operating systems. General office duties and helping in other areas of the business when required including special projects as they arise. You will be conducting multiple tasks including Customer Service, Shipping  Orders, Website Content and Photography.

Qualifications & experience a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service/administrative role or similar. A passion for providing excellent customer service. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office. Adobe Creative Suite / Canva experience a bonus. A good communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Great customer service skills and able to build rapport, A quick learner. Multitask and remain focused. Excellent attention to detail with data-entry accuracy. A positive attitude. Ambition, self-motivation, initiative and a team-player.
