S.H.C. Group located in ingleburn requires the service of a reliable and motivated full-time office trainee. This full-time position would suit a recent school graduate in the early stages of their administration career. In addition to your office duties, you will be supported to complete a Business Administration Certificate 3/4 as part of a traineeship.

The purpose of the Office Trainee is to provide efficient administration support and liaise with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Your duties will include answering incoming telephone calls in a professional and timely manner. Working collaboratively with the Administration Manager. General Administration Tasks.

To be eligible for this position, you must have a typing speed of no less than 40 WPM. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience in a customer service role. Ability to work independently, Completed your HSC, Own Transport.
