Office Assistant/Front Counter/Sales Phillro Industries P/L location Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs. This position is part time 3 days a week (hours and days to be negotiated). Working in a small team environment, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate. We seek a vibrant, experienced Customer Service / Internal sales / Admin Officer to join our Lidcombe office as our Customer Service Officer, you would have a strong customer service background. Your knowledge and or experience in a Paint store, Hardware or similar environment would be highly regarded. You would also process strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently is essential. The role provide excellent face to face, written and phone communication. Answering incoming telephone calls and directing them to other staff as well as looking after customer enquiries, processing sales orders from phone, fax and emails, accurate data entry for orders and invoicing (sap b1), organising the freight & tracking customer deliveries, stock enquiries and advising of stock eta's, receiving incoming stock, processing credit card payments, general filing and office tasks, training in sap b1 and product knowledge will be provided to the successful applicant.
