My Client is looking for a Network Engineer that can work in a rapidly growing Australian ICT Provider based in Melbourne CBD. There is a need to bring in a talented and passionate Network Engineer who has the ability to provide third level escalation support and be involved in project implementation. This opportunity is in a fast paced environment that will give you exposure working on Cisco/Meraki, Velocloud, VMWare and VoIP technologies. The role mentoring and working within a team of other level 1 and 2 engineers, support of infrastructure and networks across multiple technology streams, knowledge, experience and/or certifications with cisco routers, switches and meraki, work with solarwinds monitoring system, work with cisco asa firewalls and respond to level 3 tickets, essential for the role – noc experience. About you 3+ proven experience in network support and troubleshooting in a fast paced environment, experience with cisco meraki, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate professionally with partners, customers, and internal cross-functional teams, you have a team player attitude with strong drive for achieving high quality service, customer driven & delivery focused - exceptional customer service skills, network security experience on cisco asa, worked with network routing protocols – static, rip, ospf/bgp, attentive to details and calm under pressure, strong in wan deployments, integration and migrations (mpls, vpls, vpn).
