About the role are you passionate about the fleet industry, customer service and strive for results. We are looking for an Account Manager to join our crew and provide outstanding customer service and solutions to a portfolio of clients. You will be part of a supportive team who share a passion for quality, performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
Duties will include (but not limited to) proactively provide operational support, customer service and coordinating transactional queries for your clients. Managing lease term deviations to ensure vehicle utilisation is aligned with the contract.
Anticipating client needs and providing effective problem solving along with identifying opportunities for growth within an existing portfolio. Managing the asset replacement plan and achieving client retention targets. Assisting the Relationship Manager in closing growth, retention opportunities and delivering great service.
About you to be successful in securing a role with our crew it’s likely you’ll come with experience in the following areas previous experience in customer service (Fleet Management, Automotive or Financial Services is ideal).
Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to prioritise. Understand customer challenges and proactively identify areas of improvement. Sound time management & the ability to prioritise work to meet tight time frames. The ability to connect, adapt, show resilience, and engage all levels in the business.
