Your opportunity midtown Mac Park is a new urban community in Macquarie Park, bringing together residents in a new and inspiring village.  Creating a place that is open, inclusive and highly connected – a place where every person has the opportunity to thrive.

We are seeking a Client Service Officer to be the face of Mission Australia Housing working on the Front Desk in Reception. You will need excellent customer service and admin skills and some prior experience working with vulnerable people in the community. Your focus will be to ensure that all clients walking into the office are welcomed and treated with dignity and respect.

Your key responsibilities will be to provide responsive, professional and dedicated service to clients and stakeholder queries. Update information on Mission Australia Housing, stakeholder services and community agencies are available to clients. Complete a range of administrative tasks including file management, petty cash, invoicing, and resident surveys.

Respond to queries, provide information and referral pathways to support services. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Actively contribute to developing and implementing strategies and participate in discussions to develop responses to resident and community feedback. Explore opportunities to improve service delivery and work collaboratively with the team to deliver services to staff, clients and community.

Requirements for success extensive customer service skills both face to face and over the phone with strong written and verbal communication. Understanding of social housing sector is desirable. Strong office administration experience and experience using Microsoft Office products Word, Outlook & Excel.

Ability to work in a fast paced and changing work environment both as a member of the team but also in their own. Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to get it. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
