Salary Band: $92,286.48 - $110,350.76 + Super

About the Role: As a Mental Health Clinician, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary mental health team to deliver focused psychological interventions to individuals diagnosed with chronic, complex Tier 3 mental health conditions. You will provide individual clinical therapeutic services to clients with low-prevalence, high-complexity conditions across Sonder service areas, while planning and implementing comprehensive assessment and treatment services. Where appropriate and necessary, you will contribute to the development and delivery of group programs, and provide effective liaison and consultation with other professional staff to support coordinated, client-centred care. You will also participate in individual and group supervision and attend team and external meetings, contributing to collaborative practice, professional development and the delivery of high-quality mental health services.

Experience Requirements: ·

A minimum 2 years supervised experience in the area of Mental Health

A minimum 2 years relevant professional development and or supervision.

Experience in delivering cognitive behaviour therapy, recovery orientated interventions, harm minimisation interventions, and other evidence based mental health & AOD interventions.

Experience in care coordination in a Mental Health setting

Demonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment;

Qualification and Other Requirements:

Current or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)

Current or willing to obtain a National Police Check (NPC)

Qualified in one of the following disciplines and membership to associated professional body; Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, or Mental Health Nursing

Current Child Safe Environments.
