Membership and Administration Officer Carbrook Golf Club Brisbane. $29 – $32 per hour.

We are looking for an energetic, go the extra mile, hard working administration professional to join our team in an exciting new role. The Administration and Membership Officer will be a part time role working approximately 4 days a week with day-time hours. The role will primarily be responsible for looking after the Club’s 1000+ members as well as providing administrative support to our Management Team and Finance Officer.

As we are a small team, this role will also help our Food and Beverage Team at peak periods so pouring a beer and making a coffee will be something that you will do often to ensure that our customer experiences are always as good as we can deliver. You must also have a basic understanding of the game of golf and have played it for at least a few years.

Key areas of the role include Membership Management, Administration, Finance (exact responsibilities depend on the experience of the successful applicant). Food and Beverage Support as required. Function and Event support as required.

This will be a job that will not be boring and depending on your desire to grow, you are most likely going to be given various responsibilities that compliment your skills and experiences. If you don’t have the skills we need we will also ensure that you receive the relevant training to grow and learn including externally as required.
