The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Retail Property Management team on a temporary contract covering parental leave.
Supporting a shopping centre portfolio, you'll work closely with Centre Managers, retailers and key stakeholders to deliver marketing campaigns, centre promotions, customer engagement initiatives and community activations that support asset performance and retailer success.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the retail property environment and enjoys balancing campaign delivery, stakeholder engagement and day-to-day shopping centre marketing activities.
About the role:
This is a hands-on position that combines campaign coordination, content creation, administration and stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns across print, digital and social channels
Review and proofread marketing collateral to ensure quality, branding and consistency
Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and marketing communications
Coordinate events, meetings, promotions and stakeholder activities
Maintain digital marketing assets, templates, databases and reporting files
Assist with campaign research, customer insights and performance reporting
About you:
We're open to candidates from a variety of marketing backgrounds who enjoy organisation, coordination and bringing campaigns to life.
You'll likely bring:
Experience in shopping centre, retail property or destination marketing
An understanding of retailer engagement, centre promotions and community activation programs
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, events and stakeholder communications within a retail environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Retail shopping centre marketing experience will be highly regarded, particularly experience supporting retailer marketing initiatives, centre campaigns and community engagement programs.
