We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our super supportive, family orientated small business team. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing brand communications, and driving customer engagement. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization through effective marketing and communication efforts as well as being involved with our clients face to face.

Key responsibilities and skills having significant sales and marketing experience, you will develop and lead our marketing strategies. Collaborate with our management and outside digital marketing/web design team to create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Drive marketing campaigns. Across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising. You should be comfortable working with WordPress and Mailchimp.

With great communication skills you will oversee our brand management. Develop and ensure consistent application of the company's brand image and messaging across all marketing materials and communications. You will work with our digital marketing provider to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media advertising, and email marketing.

Being a fun creative person with great customer experience focus and attention to detail, you will generate short compelling and engaging content for website, social media platforms, blogs, and other marketing materials. This will include working with outside agencies to produce new material as well as help refine material that you may initiate.

We want you to begin a social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility, engage with new followers and reach out to the thousands of past customers we have and want to re-engage with our business. There will be a need to have client facing experience. Understand the elements of showroom floor sales in both the lifestyle and healthcare aspects of our product ranges and assist with sales when your sales consultant colleagues are with other clients.

You will be network focused, building relationships for the company. You will lead the organisation of educational events for healthcare professionals and be comfortable to do equipment demonstrations with the aim of increasing sales. Required training will be given on all products. As a small business you must be a Team player and be willing to roll up your sleeves. There will be numerous small tasks that will need to be fulfilled in support of each other which we are all expected to assist with.

As you can see, this role is multifaceted, and we want you to be inspired to make it your own. The role is based at our renovated and stylish Cottesloe showroom. We have also recently opened a second showroom at our new logistics facility in Balcatta. For the right candidate we are open to the possibility of flexible working days and hours during Monday to Friday that may be outside the scope of the traditional 9-5 day. You will be working for a small business that is both supportive and realistic in its expectations and will assist you to get the best outcomes with up-to-date coaching.
