About the role as a Landside Operations Officer you will be part of the operational and services facilities. This role will have you providing frontline customer service to support the day to day running of the airport at terminals and control rooms.

Your day will include but not limited to incident control including incident call-taking and dispatching. Security monitoring and CCTV operations. Dispatching of maintenance/trade staff as required. Update Airport Flight Information systems including carousel allocation. Handling complaints and queries. Face to face customer service and queue management.

About you this role would suit someone with previous customer service, administration, security officer, or a recent graduate looking for their first role. You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, enjoy problem solving and finding solutions to complex problems. You must be flexible to work shifts and comfortable being in a role which is 24 x 7.
