Responsibilities inventory count, reconciliation, reports and adjustments. Determining causes of discrepancies. Entering physical stock adjustments into ERP system including, shrinkage/disposals, other discrepancies. Stock count at year end and whenever necessary. Month end stock take back for in-house warehouse. Attend to audit queries relating to inventory. Make Insurance/Damage items claim - coordination with outsourced warehouse staff, customers, suppliers and insurance agent. QC/ISO documentation checking, fulfilling other requirement from customers and filing. Quality related customer complaints – coordination with customer and supplier. Finding quotes and sending samples for testing.

IT coordination and troubleshooting for simple IT & ERP related problems. Serves as point person relating to ERP/IT System/Internet issues for company with System Service Providers. Data Backing up and ERP server version updating. Backup on logistical duties from preparing and processing of contracts, invoices to liaising and coordinating shipment with suppliers/ customers, freight forwarder etc.

Requirements candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s) ERP, ISO22000, CRM, Microsoft Office.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Require accounting knowledge relating to inventory cut off (timing of sales invoice and actual delivery, stock transfer, goods in transit, etc). Familiar with Navision added advantage, IT literate/savvy, Detail oriented, Punctual, Strong references.
