ICT Support Officer Australian Islamic College of Sydney location Sydney. To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in similar role. The successful candidate will possess the following skills and attributes a strong ability to work independently and under delegation, ability to prioritise tasks within a busy environment, high level of technical knowledge and problem solving skills, ability to deal efficiently and courteously with students and staff in assisting them with computer related issues, competent and experienced in administering infrastructure including computers, servers, active directory, network devices, and data storage devices, knowledge of mdm (apple configurator) is highly desirable, maintaining and organising for repair of all it equipment, creation and deployment of computer images and software deployment packages (sccm/intune), diagnosing and providing solutions for hardware or software issues, training of staff and students where required, ability to design and maintain a website, to be available at assemblies and presentation evenings to ensure the smooth running of events, to be able manage the av / it systems in the school, other duties as required by ict manager. The ideal candidate will be have relevant tertiary qualifications, tech-savvy proficient across the microsoft office suite and comfortable using a variety of office software, applications and databases, highly self-motivated and ability to complete given tasks with efficiency and accuracy, comfortable in a fast-paced environment with can do attitude, able to solve problems and offer solutions, excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, must hold a current working with children check.
