Key responsibilities include providing support for the Corporate services and desktop environment, deploying new technologies as available to meet performance and availability target, assisting with support and maintenance of Firewalls, Cisco Routers, Exchange, and a Microsoft Windows Server AD environment, providing support for Windows 10, Office 2016. Highly desirable skills and experience include tertiary information technology qualification or equivalent experience, minimum 1 year of system admin/engineering experience, working knowledge and firm understanding of tcp/ip networks, broadband technologies, network requirements and capacity planning, familiarity with windows server, active directory and exchange, excellent troubleshooting skills to provide day to day support of the local and wide area networks, clear, friendly and proactive interpersonal communication skills. Additional preferred experience additional certifications such as ccna, mcitp, mcse, mcsa, mcp/mcitp, experience with vmware esxi, active directory, san, cisco, vlan, phone systems, knowledge of wlan, san, and bgp routing, system monitoring solutions.
