About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a full time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and is passionate about supporting people, processes, and workplace culture. As the HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day to day operations of the HR function, including onboarding, employee records management, recruitment coordination, rostering support, and general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and preparing contracts
Support payroll and timesheet processes where required
Assist with staff rosters and workforce scheduling
Manage and maintain employee information through Employment Hero
Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings for staff as required
Organise and manage staff uniforms, including ordering and distribution
Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Assist with maintaining compliance with Fair Work and workplace legislation
Prepare HR reports and update internal systems
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR projects as needed
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in an HR Administration or similar administrative role
Experience using Employment Hero or similar HR/payroll systems
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
