Front Office Coordinator Wainui Dental Clinic Limited location Wellington.

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Lower Hutt Clinic based in Wainuiomata. We are looking for a hardworking and reliable front office coordinator who can join us full-time between 30-40 hours, this includes weekend work. Our opening hours currently (subject to change in the future) are Monday – Saturday 9am-5pm.

As a valuable team member of ours we will provide you with the opportunity to gain new skills and dental knowledge with our wide range of training. You will be based at our brand-new clinic which has opened its doors in early Feb 2020. We have cemented our place in the community and are booking up fast. We are very well known in the Wellington region for providing excellent dental care and emergency relief of pain service. We are a multi-cultural practice that enjoys a strong working team and has high standards of care and follow up.

Flexibility in hours is important in this role. A positive attitude and high standards of professional and personal presentation is essential – you must want to learn and be willing to be coached, show initiative, and demonstrate a high level of self- responsibility.

Key skills and/or attributes we are looking for include previous administration experience preferred. Familiar with dental software exact. Excellent Verbal and Written English. Mature and Punctual. High Attention to Detail. Excellent multi-tasking skills. Great Team Working Abilities. Be able to work well under pressure and think on your feet. A can-do attitude who always goes above and beyond.
