Finance Officer Rheinmetall Defence Australia location Brisbane.

Your next opportunity The Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective preparation and payment of accounts payable; processing of invoices; control of creditor accounts and data entry of accounts. This is a 12-month Fixed-Term Full-Time role.

About your new team you will report through to one of our Finance Managers, working collaboratively and inclusively support each other for business's success. You will be based at our Military Vehicle Centre of Excellence in Redbank and also have opportunities to work in Fortitude Valley Office.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, Accounting or similar discipline. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in accounts payable and general accounting practices including knowledge of GST and how transactions are processed.

Demonstrated ability in the management of supplier relationships and the reconciliation of supplier accounts. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in accounts payable and general accounting practices including knowledge of GST and how transactions are processed.

Advanced MS Office skills i.e. MS Excel (VLookUp, Pivot Tables); and Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
