Customer Service or Administration Support Lower North Shore Community Transport Inc location Sydney. $34.04 per hour + Super + FBT Salary Packaging.

3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday preferred). 8am to 4pm (7.5 hrs per day + 30 minute unpaid lunch break). 6 month contract with possibility to extend. $34.04 per hour + super + FBT, Crows Nest Location. Commencement Date ASAP.

We are seeking an enthusiastic ‘can do’ Customer Service/ Administration Support person to join our small supportive team to meet the rapidly growing demands within the Community Transport sector servicing clients on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. You will be supported by an experienced team and will receive comprehensive training with ongoing support.

Roles Main responsibilities answer Inbound Customer Inquiries and Bookings via phone and email. Enter client transport requests into booking system (training provided). Provide direct support to the customer service team in day to day operations. Provide Administrative and General Office Duties Backup, as and when required.

Essential Skills and Competencies excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities (and experience). Empathic and active listening skills. Ability to work with and communicate effectively within a small team.

Task orientated with the ability to work under pressure or adapt to changing circumstances within the office environment. Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Office (Outlook, Word and Excel). Intuitive computer skills and adept at learning new systems.

Experience & qualifications minimum 2 Years Customer Service. Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.

Desirable an understanding of the services provided by Community Transport organizations. Prior experience with working with the elderly and vulnerable. Knowledge of the Lower North Shore geographical area. Previous experience using RouteMatch (booking system). Experience in working across a dual monitors.
