Customer Service or Admin Support Private Advertiser location Melbourne.

Commencing February 2021. We are a well-established, family owned and operated kitchen retail business with four Showroooms around Melbourne.  We pride ourselves on high quality service from initial showroom contact to after sales service.

We are looking for a motivated Showroom Consultant with Administration experience to support the Preston Showroom Manager as follows providing a welcoming, informative showroom experience. Working with customers to answer their questions and provide product knowledge for their kitchen and laundry renovations. Informing customers about how we work.

Follow up sales enquiries via internet, email, phone and face to face. Cleaning showroom for highest presentation. Liaise with Designers, other showroom team Members and suppliers in relation to bookings and customer jobs. Admin tasks - completing daily traffic stats reports, delivery schedules, database entry for kitchen production, general admin. Assist showroom manager with any other tasks requested.

To be successfully considered for this role you will need to have high level customer service and telephone skills. Minimum 3 years sales experience in a showroom. Punctual and well presented. High level computer skills. Passionate about customer service and sales with a minimum of 3 years sales experience. Strong attention to detail with accuracy. Hardworking and ability to assist customer wherever necessary. Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
