Customer Service Beverly Hills Pty Ltd location Sydney. $65,000 - $74,999 base plus commission.
We are one of Australia largest gift product importer and wholesale supplier. Our office is located at Caringbah, Sydney. We provide product and services nationwide.
Responsibilities process orders via email or phone. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain and update sales and customer records. Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Mandarin speaking is advantage. Pay package $65,000-$75,000. Performance bonus applied. This is a permanent, full time position offering an immediate start with full training provided. An attractive salary structure is offered having regard to experience.
