We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mt Maunganui based Fuel Logistics Team. The primary purpose of the role is to be able to manage electronic data effectively as you understand how to efficiently complete the fuel tanker scheduling and driver workloads in a regional area to meet the needs of the business.

This is a fast paced and high demand role that requires excellent attention to detail along with problem solving and communication skills. The role sees both individual and collective work carried out to meet the needs of the customers and the business. This role interacts with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Professionalism and adaptability are key traits of this role.

Key attributes of the successful applicant are customer service experience. Able to plan, prioritize & multi-task while at the same time being agile. Strong and accurate data processing experience. Strong computer literacy across a variety of software including Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel is key.

Excellent geographical knowledge. Able to think critically while still being efficient. Ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems. Shows a high attention to detail. A proactive approach to all tasks. An energetic and positive outlook. Availability on phone over the weekend and afterhours will be required with this role.
