Your new role receive a wide range of inbound calls from internal/external stakeholders, and handle all enquiries accordingly. Ensure customers have an understanding of complex information and break down any technical terms/jargon. Escalate or raise a ticket when the matter requires it.

Provide an exceptional customer experience to uphold the company's reputation for excellent service. Work towards service driven KPIs - no sales, just great customer service - Quarterly reviews with your TL. Must be available on weekends and public holidays - roster provided monthly. Note you will only be required to work 4 shifts a week 40 hours total - any extra shifts are at your discretion and are paid at a flat rate of $32.50 per hour + SUPER.

Your skill-set and experience excellent customer service skills from call centre/hospitality/retail backgrounds. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to understand and relay complex information. Maturity to handle sensitive and emotional conversations. Work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
