Customer Service Randstad location Sydney. Salary $27.50 - $32.50 p.h.

You will be responsible for the delivery of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) led investments in clinical care, business services and smart infrastructure, providing a digitally enabled and integrated health system that delivers quality patient centred health experiences to the people of NSW.

About your role The Customer Service Agent is a foundational level position responsible for resolving caller requests in line with client service level agreements and accurately logging the resolution or investigative work performed into a Service Desk enterprise ticketing system. This is a full time contract on a rotating roster, you must be available on weekends and able to work overnights as required. Rosters are granted in advance so you will be able to plan your months ahead.

What you will need to succeed we are looking for a driven, outgoing individuals with customer service experience and confident written and verbal communication. You will be passionate about delivering the best service to partner with internal and external customers. The below traits will make you stand out in your application.

Proven track record of working towards KPI's. Have a clear mindset, the drive, and energy to achieve targets. Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You like working closely with your team as well as independently. Experience hitting KPI's. Happy to work on a rotating roster and working from home.
