Control Room Operator Cityguard location Auckland. $25 - $27 per hour.

We are looking for individuals to join our Control Room Team. This dynamic role offers a variety of activities, and no one shift is ever the same. Working in Cityguard's head office, you will be surrounded and supported by colleagues with a wealth of experience.

This role involves monitoring different alarms and CCTV systems, using various IT platforms and communicating effectively with both internal and external customers in a corporate control room environment. The focus of the role is to ensure the safety and security of all staff, customers, and stakeholder assets. You will be part of a small team, where you will work closely with our client.

About you at least 1 year experience in data entry, call center or control room system management. COA preferred but not essential. You are expected to perform at a consistent standard at all times.  To display good oral and written communication skills. Show basic – intermediate computer skills.

Must have basic knowledge of telephone and radio protocol. To work responsibly and independently. You are expected to work within Cityguard and our systems, including all protocols. Located at Auckland CBD, you will be working alongside our friendly management team.
