We are currently seeking a Certificate III OR Diploma educator to work at an EXCEEDING centre which strives to continually grow and evolve and impacts the lives of children, families, educators, and the wider community, in many ways. Their aim is to create an environment which promotes diversity, inclusion, and social equity and has a strong commitment to provide an environment which focusses on developing skills that will not only benefit children when they go to school, but also throughout life.
Management at the centre have designed the curriculum to develop diverse strategies and approaches to learning to ensure children transition to school feeling confident and capable about their ability to take on learning challenges. Within a literacy- and numeracy-rich environment, children are encouraged to take on responsibility within the room.

Your new role

This fabulous centre is looking to welcoming a passionate and caring educator in their nursery / toddler's room. You will have the prospect of providing a high-quality curriculum in a secure and stimulating environment with resources with open-ended and natural materials where children will be encouraged to experience all the elements, venture outside the service on bush walks and to engage with the local community.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Certificate III OR Diploma recognised by ACECQA
Current knowledge of early childhood education theory and practice.
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and professionals.
Efficient time management and leadership skills.
Must have valid working with children's checks and first aid.
