Communications Assistant Precedent Productions location Sydney.

In your role, you will coordinate EDM’s using a structured timetable. Collaborate on marketing content for various social media channels. Design digital graphic designs for various assets. Respond to incoming telephone and email enquiries. Make telephone calls to clients and customers. You will be required to attend events outside of office hours. General office duties.

Skills required excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) highly advantageous but not essential. Experience in MailChimp highly advantageous but not essential. Exposure to social media marketing.

The ideal candidate is Creative thinker. Able to work independently as well as part of a team. Personable and presentable. Eager to contribute new ideas. Positive attitude and great organisational skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You should possess a current NSW Drivers License and vehicle.
