The role strategic Leadership Role This pivotal position reports directly to a company Director and involves close collaboration with leaders across multiple offices & disciplines. Land Development Focus Lead the delivery of large-scale urban and rural subdivision projects, providing technical expertise and ensuring project success.

Team Leadership Manage a team of 5 direct reports while overseeing larger multidisciplinary teams as project lead. Client Engagement Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client expectations are exceeded. Innovation & Autonomy Drive project outcomes, bring innovative solutions to complex challenges, and contribute to the strategic growth of the Land Development division.

What We’re Looking for land Development Expertise 15+ years of experience as a highly skilled Civil Engineer with deep technical knowledge and practical project delivery in Land Development across NZ. Leadership Capability Proven ability to inspire, mentor, and lead teams, while ensuring exceptional project outcomes.

Client-Centric Approach Strong communication skills with a track record of engaging clients and delivering tailored solutions. Project Management Excellence Demonstrated ability to manage complex subdivision projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met. Qualifications Degree qualified, CPEng preferred. Eligibility Must be eligible to work in NZ.
