Rise and Grind Coffee Co. cafe in Punggol is looking for talented Barista to join our team. Only Singaporean may apply. The right person for the job need to have a genuine passion for all things coffee and have all the skills of a specialty Barista. Also, must be a positive person with a great attitude and want to work well as part of our fantastic team.

Requirements at least 1 years previous experience as a barista. Latte Art is important but a good heart and a simple Rosetta will go a long way. Quick, Efficient and Clean coffee making style is what we require. Must be reliable and professional and have a excellent communication skills. A strong focus on Customer Service; Our cafe has a high number of regular customers who enjoy interacting with our barista's and enjoying some friendly banter. Most of all a real enjoyment for their job and role as barista. Passion for the job.

As barista you will be required to do all weekly beverage and coffee beans ordering. The majority of staff are trained as barista's so you will at times get away from the machine and work the floor. So if you can hold three plates, three coffee's at once and have previous experience as a wait staff that will be looked on favorable.
