Business Services Officer icare location Sydney.

A wide and varied range of administration support to a multi-disciplinary team. Full-Time 7-Month Fixed Term Contract | Sydney, Parramatta or Newcastle based. Hybrid work environment, salary from $74,117 + super.

The opportunity as Business Services Officer you will report to the Business Services Coordinator and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. You will deliver and coordinate of a range of administrative services to support and enhance the efficient and effective operation of Lifetime Schemes.

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Business Services Officer you will action a range of administrative services including inbox management, data entry across multiple different applications and fleet vehicle support. Coordinate travel and accommodation for staff, providers and our participants across Lifetime Schemes. Process financial transactions on behalf of Lifetime Schemes and ensure compliance with procurement and financial processes.

Reconcile business accounts to make sure services are tracked and charged to the correct cost centre and project code. Respond to enquiries either by phone, in person or by email, often as the first point of contact, ensuring an accurate and timely response or where appropriate escalation to the appropriate person for resolution.

Create and maintain accurate records and records information systems and functions for the team/business unit in accordance with records management policies and procedures and confidentiality/privacy requirements.

Your story so far previous experience in business administration within a fast-paced environment or within health/disability sector highly regarded. Proven ability to prioritise workloads, show initiative and problem solve. Positive can-do attitude. A collaborative team player who has the ability to work autonomously where required.
