There is an opportunity available for an ambitious senior BD Assistant or junior BD Executive to join the Asia Pacific Business Development team which comprises individuals based in Beijing, Hong Kong, Melbourne, Shanghai, Singapore and Sydney.

As a key member of the BD team, you will play a pivotal role contributing to and implementing brand building activities, assisting the team with events, sponsorships, client bids, legal directories, brand profiling, and other marketing initiatives. You will also champion the firm's client relationship management system, support the key client program, and maintain the credentials database. This role offers fantastic career development opportunity and lots of stakeholder interaction. You will also be joining at a time when the firm is growing in the region and expanding into new areas – it's a really exciting time to come on board.

About you the ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services environment and possess the following skills and attributes excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong document production skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with coordinating proposals desirable (although not a must). Experience with CRM tools (such as InterAction).

Experience with organising events, in person and virtually. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients and diverse stakeholder audiences. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and handle multiple priorities under pressure or within tight timeframes. Enjoy working in a fast-paced high-performing team.
