Assistant Warehouse Supervisor location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West. Job Type Full-Time.

Job descriptions position will be assigned to imported goods warehouse department. Manpower control and manage a team of store assistant. Loading/Unloading of containers, put away of goods. Managing warehouse space. Data entry in ERP system. Handling, repacking, etc. of imported goods. Daily picking of imported goods for local and overseas shipment. Work closely with sales department for products and re-packing instructions if any.

To assist sales department of any warehouse activities prior to their sales order or matter. Handling & clearance of customer returned goods. Daily warehouse hygiene checks, housekeeping and temperature control. Stock taking and product expiry date monitoring. Co-ordinate with subsidiary company for weekly pallet requests & control usage. Coordinating & monitoring of goods delivery/collection at 3PL to customer or company warehouse. Ensure workplace safety and health procedures are complied with. Any other ad hoc activities assigned by superior.

Job requirements relevant warehouse experience and able to manage a team of store assistant. A team player, Leadership skills. Continuous improvement. Computer literate and well versed in MS office and ERP system. Able to use MHE. Possess a valid Forklift Licence, Singaporeans only.
