The "We Connect Group" own and operate Telstra Stores in Brunswick, Carlton, Malvern, Northcote, Coburg and Kiosks in Heidelberg & Brandon Park.  A vacancy has become available for a Part Time Administration Support Role in our Telstra Store at Malvern. We are currently looking for a highly motivated enthusiastic administration support person to join our team at Telstra Store Malvern.

The role is Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5.00pm (flexible on start and finish times but not days).  This is a Part Time role working 30 hours per week.  If you can't commit to 4 - 5 days a week for 6 - 7  hours per day then please don't apply for this role. A vacancy exists for someone who prides themselves on working with the newest technology and performing well in providing administration support for sales staff selling Telstra's solutions and services in Mobile Phones, Internet and Fixed products.

Administration skills essential - you are able to empathise with people and present a positive and caring attitude to many different types of staff and customers. You are computer savvy, professional, punctual, well groomed, well spoken and look forward to representing a world-class Telco company.

As a member of our team you will be confident and outgoing. Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strive to deliver outstanding customer service by going "over and above". Strong interest in Mobiles and Technology. Telstra experience would be advantageous.
