Administration and Office Support South West Connect location Sydney.

Start February 2023, Your choice of Part -Time school hours and no work school holidays. Or Full time 37.5 hours per week and no work school holidays. Or Full time 37.5 hours per week 4 weeks annual leave. Enjoy a varied role and be an integral part of a team in a reputable organization. $35 hr plus super and Salary Packaging tax benefits.

About the role we have an opportunity for a person looking for a job with variety who is willing to learn tasks required to be part of our effective busy team. The successful candidate will be a reliable, competent and versatile individual with office skills, able to assist the organisation operate smoothly and professionally.  Strong computer skills, a customer service focus and a flexible can-do attitude will be key to this role. This position is office based, at Bossley Park NSW. This is an entry level position with a genuine opportunity for you to progress within our organisation while learning on the job.

Your responsibilities will include assist the work placement team with all clerical functions. Support the staff to achieve required contract outcomes. Update the data base as directed, training provided. Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate staff member. Organise meetings. General office duties as directed. Become an integral member of our team.

About the successful candidate someone who is highly organised, efficient, responsive and proactive. A person who can communicate clearly verbally and in written form. Possess a friendly and flexible nature. You will be the type of individual who takes considerable pride in their work and who believes no task is too big or too small. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and general office machines.

Able to work methodically, accurately and autonomously. Have high standard administrative, communication and numeracy skills. Have high ethical standards in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. A strong focus on customer service, and a professional manner and presentation. To be eligible for this role, you must have the right to live and work in Australia, a car and a current Drivers Licence and a satisfactory Working With Children Check, National Police Check or willingness to obtain.

SWC staff work on projects delivered on site at Aged Care Facilities and interacts with thousands of students and teachers at Expos, Summits, workshops and excursions as well as host employers at their place of business. To safely perform your role, you are required to have and provide proof of taking COVID-19 vaccines. In some cases depending on your interactions, you may be required to take the annual influenza vaccine.
