Administration Team Member The Prop House location Brisbane.

The Prop House is seeking a full time Administration Team Member to join our creative organisation. The Prop House is Brisbane’s leading specialist in event styling, visual merchandising, prop hire and Christmas decorations.  We are looking for an enthusiastic, bright, flexible and positive person to fufill the important full time position within our hardworking and fun team.

The summary as an Administration Assistant you will be required to work in a fast-paced environment within a hard working and dedicated team. To be successful within this role you will demonstrate the ability to provide high quality support, hold high integrity and confidentiality, be proactive by nature and offer strong customer service and administrative support to the business.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to office all-rounder – inclusive of document control, project support, minute taking, calendar management, new starter set-up and general office support, Data base management, Ordering supplies, Answering both emails and phone-calls.

The Person  2+ years experience. Computer savvy - experience with Xero, Deputy and Current an advantage. Experience with WPHS desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Calm under pressure – organised and agile. Works well in a team and autonomously.
