Accounts Payable and Administration Support Kings Recruitment Ltd location Auckland. Salary $25 - $29.99 per hour.

Based on Auckland's North Shore, my clients are internationally recognized suppliers of the finest furnishing fabrics. They are recognised leaders in the textile industry and are currently seeking to employ an experienced Accounts Payable / Administration Support person to their Mairangi Bay based team, for a one year maternity leave contract. (Hours- Mon- Friday, 9am- 4pm).

This person will cover the Accounts Payable function, local AP as well as supporting the overseas AP function. Your accounts experience will be welcomed in this area, but we are also looking for someone who has a wider skill set and the flexibility to work across different departments of the business. It goes without say that you have a very well developed grasp of the Microsoft Office Suite, with solid Word & Excel skills. We would expect you to have at least  2-3+ years NZ experience in a similar type of accounting/ administration role,  with an AP focus.

Duties processing of local creditor invoices, reconciling to statements and payments. Processing of overseas creditor payments. Responsibility for the cash book & petty cash. Completion of monthly bank reconciliation. Assist in Shipping & handling of import documents. Replenishing/Ordering Office stationery and supplies. Travel bookings as required. Produce sales and periodic reports for Sales Reps.

General office administration duties we are looking for  someone who has polished presentation, is a good communicator – a natural people person, who demonstrates a willing "can do" attitude and is able to quickly become a great support to the Accounting and wider team.
