Job Description
Accurately process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions.
Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end financial reports.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries.
Monitor and report on cash flow and budget variances.
Support the payroll process by maintaining accurate employee records.
Ensure timely and accurate GST and BAS reporting and lodgement.
The Successful Applicant
A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
A qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in the property industry is highly regarded but not essential.
