Position summary Downer has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a hardworking and driven Accounts Officer to deliver timely finance & administration support to the Confluence Water team. This is a permanent, full time position located in North Sydney.

In this supporting role, your day to day duties will include but are not limited to financial administration tasks such as processing credit cards, invoicing, preparing end of month reports, creating purchase orders, financial reconciliation, processing and following up on subcontractor claims and assisting the Senior Management Accountant and wider team as required. Our ideal candidate will be a strong office all-rounder with intermediate MS office skills combined with Intermediate SAP skills in the Purchasing, Customer Service Management, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable modules. You will have a positive, can do attitude with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads in a changing environment. This role will have elements of ad-hoc duties so flexibility will be required.

About you business administration or financial services qualification essential, previous experience in the same or similar role will be essential, intermediate MS office and SAP skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, positive, friendly can-do attitude with the ability to take on ad hoc duties as required.
