Our client is an employer of choice, who is looking to expand their accounts team. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable specialist to join their Finance Team. This is a crucial role, providing support to the Finance Manager and accounts team. This position presents a chance for a passionate accounts officer to work for a fabulous employer who genuinely care for their employees.

Ideally you will be comfortable with the following day to day processing of a high volume of invoices. Management of internal/external correspondence emails and enquiries. Reconciliation of employee expenses. Payment processing - high volume. Managing internal staff and external relations. Various GL activities such as journal entries, marking payments, system maintenance associated with AP areas.

Key requirements the role will suit a person with a drive and passion for high volume processing. Possessing at least 3 years' experience in a fast-paced commercial environment, you will be given the opportunity to take ownership and contribute from your first day. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to learn quickly and creating efficiencies and process improvements.

3+ years' experience in Accounts Payable with exposure to high volume transactions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail. Intermediate MS Excel skills. Self-learner with high aptitude for problem solving.

Ideally you will have worked in a similar opportunity for more than 3+ years, are able to deal with sensitive and confidential information, be reliable and have the ability to work in the office 5 days per week.
