Plant Hire Allocator Australian Hammer Supplies Hire Pty Ltd location Sydney, South West and M5 Corridor. Due to our continued growth and diversification we are now seeking to employ an experienced permanent Full Time Contracts Administrator to start immediately. This role will be working within a small, performing team, and is responsible for planning, implementing & coordinating the efficient movement of over 150 pieces of construction plant and equipment. The role we are seeking a motivated plant hire allocator who has experience in the hire industry to join our nsw team. This could be the role for you if you have previous experience in the earthmoving, compaction and construction equipment, you are looking for a great long term career opportunity, available immediately. Key responsibility reporting to the general manger, your key duties include but not limited to answer incoming telephone calls, take accurate details and attention to customer service enquiries, book and schedule incoming hire requests, maintain rental availability schedule, track on and off hiring of plant, create new hire agreements, accurately create and send customer invoices in a timely manner including purchase order numbers where applicable, collect payments for all cod invoices, update and communicate with service staff in regards to incoming and outgoing plant, organize transport of plant /co-ordinate all delivery runs efficiently and effectively to ensure plant are delivered in line with customer requirements and timelines, other task as required. Skills / experience / qualifications to be considered for the position you must have at least 2 year experience in a similar position within the hire industry, excellence computer skills including microsoft office ( word, excel, power point, outlook), high level of attention to detail is a must, solid time management skills and ability multi task in a busy fast paced environment, customer service experience, experience in coordinating the transport activities related to plant and equipment, strong communication skills to liaise with customers, staff and management, training in the area of ohs would be looked on highly but is not a requirement.
