Scheduling Manager Silvester Electrical Ltd location Waikato.

The role you will organise and manage the day-to-day schedule to maintain overall effectiveness of the team including scheduling the tradesman and staying in touch as apprentices move through the stages. Communicating with our fabulous loyal customer base and impressing new customers.

Monitoring that the team has completed all their electronic paperwork and signed off on jobs. Working with the team with full support from the managing director to improve the teams electronic paperwork and fine tune our current systems. Managing job flow through our system to ensure things don’t slip through the cracks.

You will be organised with a focus on systems. Have a practical mindset, be able to think on your feet and remain flexible. Have strong communication and social skills. Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch and our customers are looked after.
