About the opportunity we are currently looking for a Part Time Customer Service Team Member to join the team in our Noble Park Clearance Centre. You will be required to build relationships with our clients so that we can exceed the needs and expectations of our loyal client base. At E&S every customer is as important as the next – It is your job to share in their vision and help them achieve their goals.

Role duties tasked with understanding our customers needs and based on sound advice and solutions. Processing orders to ensure customer expectations are exceeded to achieve the very best in customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales process with multiple parties including warehousing and delivery teams. Assisting other team members to achieve high level customer service as needed. Additional duties to be discussed on application.

What is the right fit for E&S Solutions focused with a collaborative approach to customer service. You have a proven ability to truly understand the requirements of a customer. Exceptional communicator, both written and verbally. Available to work Monday – Thursday. Experience in appliances is not a requirement – We want the best customer service staff we can find - Training is provided on the job. Most importantly, you must have a passion for helping others.
