What You’ll Do
Supervise and coordinate a team of qualified and apprentice Service technicians, supporting them with on-the-job advice and guidance.
Coordinate jobs and manage the work plan, ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, foragers and more).
Provide in-field breakdown support and customer service.
Pre-assemble new machinery to support sales success.
What You’ll Bring
Certified heavy diesel mechanic with strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Experience supporting, mentoring or training mechanics/technicians, with an enjoyment for helping others develop and grow.
Valid driver’s licence.
Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
Team player who can also work independently.
