An exciting and rare opportunity has become available to join a renowned government organization. We are looking for a leader who specializes in workforce management to support our client by ensuring the team has the capability, training, systems, tools and processes required that would enable them to deliver remarkable customer experiences.

A typical day in the life:

Review and develop new processes/ standards across workforce planning, rostering and time sheeting practices
Inspire, lead and mentor your team to deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers
Work with subject matter experts to analyze and maintain improvements for the workforce model based on customer demand
Use customer data and insights to support workforce recommendations and decision making
Manage key internal stakeholder relationships across payroll, recruitment, capability/L&D and operational managers
Define reporting requirements and work with colleagues across departments to develop and maintain a suite of people related reporting to inform business decisions/planning relating to the workforce
A bit about you:

We are looking for candidates who have experience in similar workforce planning leadership positions in a fast-paced organisation, in industries like FMCG, retail, healthcare, hospitality etc.

Self-driven leader with a proven track record in business improvement
Skilled in delivering analysis and management reports to ensure the business is well-informed of key metrics
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, set priorities, manage multiple projects, and plan for competing deadlines
Excellent business acumen to drive performance and results
Ability to build teams capability and lift performance
Workforce planning experience is a must
