About the role in this newly created role, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to take the lead as Panasonic navigates an exciting transition to a new ERP system. This pivotal change presents a fantastic opportunity for you to step in and make a real impact.

With this transition on the horizon, you’ll play a crucial role in providing exceptional leadership while driving the overall warehouse and operational management.

Your expertise will be essential in guiding the team through this transformation, ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently as they embrace new technologies and practices.

You will dive into assessing, improving, and streamlining internal systems and processes to ramp up efficiency and performance across ERP, Warehousing, and Spare Parts. With your logistical know-how and people skills, you'll team up with the Warehouse crew and other departments to make impactful changes that enhance service delivery.

You’ll focus on streamlining processes and ensuring their warehouse health and safety measures are top-notch. Plus, you will keep our inventory on track while helping the team transition to bringing more of a focus to B2B. It’s all about putting in robust measures to make things run smoothly and effectively whilst creating an environment where everyone thrives together.

You’ll be a key player in sharing changes and offering training to boost staff engagement, safety, and wellbeing. Your leadership will inspire a diverse team, set performance goals, and maintain Panasonic’s workspace as a safe and fun place to be.

About you, we’re on the hunt for someone with strong experience in managing warehouse logistics or operations who knows how to drive continuous improvement. Your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels will be crucial, as will your commitment to customer service and continuous improvement. If you’re all about creating effective and efficient warehouse systems that focus on accuracy and innovation, this is the role for you.

You are someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at problem-solving, maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure. You’ll be an adaptable, collaborative leader with a solid background in warehouse management systems, ideally in SAP implementation.

Your knack for people management will help you build credibility and further motivate and inspire a diverse team, creating a culture of respect, teamwork, and empowerment.
