Aambra is a brand new fine dining Levantine restaurant opening in a restored heritage church in Rose Bay. The venue is built on storytelling, bold flavours, music, and design — creating a dining experience that goes far beyond just food and service. We want our team to be part of that story from day one, shaping the standards and culture in a truly unique restaurant.

Deliver confident and genuine service with personality
Anticipate guest needs from greeting to farewell
Share the story behind our food, wine and culture
Work cleanly and communicate clearly with your team
Train with us and help set the tone for our opening

Proven hospitality experience at your level
Calm pace, attention to detail, and team-first mindset
Strong communication and a natural love of service
Interest in wine and food (training provided)
Availability across nights and weekends
