About the Role
Arcare is seeking a creative, driven and relationship-focused Visual Content Creator to join our Marketing team.
This is a hands-on production role responsible for capturing and producing engaging photography and video content across our residences and communities. You’ll help tell meaningful stories that reflect the lives, experiences and connections within aged care.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Visual Producer, you’ll create content for social media, recruitment campaigns, websites, advertising and brand storytelling.
Role Objectives:
You’ll be filming, photographing and editing a wide range of content including:
Resident and staff stories
Documentary-style interviews
Social media content
Recruitment and campaign assets
Educational and promotional videos
This role involves regular travel to Arcare residences and filming locations, so a current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle are essential.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
Is a self-starter and comfortable working independently
Has strong photography and videography skills
Is confident editing in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop)
Builds genuine relationships easily with residents, families and staff
Is organised, adaptable and thrives in a small collaborative team
Has experience capturing both stills and video content
Preferably owns their own camera and production equipment
Is comfortable travelling between locations
Experience working in a creative, content or production-focused role is highly regarded, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
